Trinity Construction Group, LLC completed a multi-floor interior demolition and commercial refurbishment for WebpageFX in Downtown Harrisburg, transforming the three-story property into an industrial-themed corporate workspace.
Project Performance by Trinity Construction Group, LLC:
General Contractor and management for the entire build out, oversaw, coordinated, and planned the entire project from start to finish.
Selective Demolition, removed existing walls, ceilings, and flooring across all three floors and basement back to the studs and block.
Managed all job-related debris removal and dumpster services.
Framing, framed all interior partition and exterior perimeter walls using wood studs, installed fire blocking between floors, framed out openings for doors and windows, and installed three skylights on the second floor.
HVAC, installed a new exterior rooftop HVAC unit for the building, ran exposed spiral ductwork across ceilings for an industrial aesthetic, and installed digital thermostats.
Plumbing, installed a new water heater, upgraded basement sump pumps, ran new water supply lines, and installed sound-wrapped and painted waste lines with proper venting. Installed multiple bathroom vanities, ADA-compliant toilets, urinals, showers, kitchen and bar sinks, and a second-floor coffee station. Saw cut concrete floors in the basement to tie in all underground plumbing.
Electric, ran all exposed wiring in industrial conduits, installed LED floodlights directly to ceiling metal boxes, GFCI and standard receptacles including 20 floor outlets, vanity lighting, hardwired smoke detectors, exhaust fans, and full CAT5 cabling at every workstation.
Carpentry, installed a vent-free fireplace in the basement, new two-panel interior doors with glass inserts, 7-1/4 inch base trim, 4-1/2 inch door and window casings, custom stair treads, and new handrails. Built out full kitchen and bar cabinetry in the basement and coffee area cabinetry on the second floor.
Veneer & Finishes, installed over 2,300 square feet of wood, stone, and brick veneer across the stairwell walls and the east and west walls of the first and second floors.
Flooring, skim coated all subfloors as needed and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring throughout the entire building.
Insulation & Drywall, installed R-21 insulation in exterior walls, R-13 insulation in bathroom walls, and spray foam insulation in all ceilings.
Hung, taped, mudded, and sanded drywall on all partition walls.
Painting, applied a 3-color paint scheme on all interior walls and a 2-color paint scheme across all doors and trim work.
Windows & Doors, replaced existing entry doors with new aluminum commercial doors and installed matching aluminum storefront windows.
Miscellaneous, installed a basement projection screen setup, handled all city permitting, and coordinated code inspections with local authorities to ensure full compliance with 2012 IRC, 2008 NEC, ANSI, and ADA requirements.
