Team Members

Kerry Perkins is the Majority Owner of Trinity Construction Group, LLC. She is a fully qualified Dietician and Nutritionist who took time off from her professional life to raise her three children. During which she became part owner of Trinity Construction Group, LLC as an advisor and ambassador to the company. In 2021 Kerry obtained control of Trinity Construction Group, LLC as its Majority Owner where she has taken over the role of the day-to-day operations of the company overseeing its rebirth and rebranding. Kerry is the face, mind, and soul of the company and has given the company a new direction. She is involved in all aspects of the company from beginning to end of all projects.

Steve is a trained Architectural Interior Designer who has been involved with Trinity Construction Group, LLC since 2012. He stared with the company as the Director of Operations of a sister company, Energy Generation Systems, LLC, but worked with Trinity Construction Group, LLC during that time advising and helping where able. In 2017 he transferred to Trinity Construction Group, LLC, full time, as the Office Director. Steve coordinates all the initial planning of a project from concept designs, estimating, contracts, permits, material purchasing, invoicing to closeout. He also runs all the daily office management roles of the company and maintains Trinity Construction Group, LLC’s standing.

Dave has a master’s in engineering and is a specialist in ceiling work, but above that, he is an integral part of the team who is a master at adaptation. As one of our site leaders, Dave is an everyman for the team, willing to, and able to do any task set before him. Dave has been with Trinity Construction Group, LLC since 2013.

Joe Perkins is the Husband of Kerry Perkins and the Minority Owner of Trinity Construction Group, LLC. Joe started the company in 2009 to be a leading figure in local Residential and Commercial Construction Projects and has built its skills and reputation from there. He started his career as a qualified accountant, but his passion was in construction. Through the success of Trinity, Joe has had the opportunity to branch off in other business ventures. Due to these new commitments, he signed over a Majority Ownership to Kerry Perkins in 2021, so she could take over the running of Trinity Construction Group, LLC. Joe is still involved in the daily operations, project management and logistics of Trinity.

Nick is one of our lead site managers and has been with Trinity Construction Group, LLC, since 2011, and is one of the original “in the field” workers for us. He is a highly skilled and trained Master Carpenter, trained in all manners of rough and finish carpentry as well as metal framing. Nick is also a very accomplished heavy equipment operator.

Dennis Berstler has been with Trinity Construction Group, LLC since 2013 and is one of our most valuable assets. He is highly experienced and highly trained in almost all aspects of construction and of construction methods. His main focus of skill is in HVAC and Plumbing. Dennis is an integral part of Trinity Construction Group, LLC, and its functions in the field. He is site coordinator, site supervisor and site director as well as having the skills to perform the work. Dennis has worked on many varying styles of projects in residential and commercial building applications. He has the skills to build a house from the ground up as well as coordinate and control the build of multi-unit complexes.

Al, by trade, is a mason and concrete specialist, he is also a heavy equipment operator. Al is very well rounded in all other fields and is one of our site managers. Al is able to achieve any task set before him. Al has been shadowing Dennis for years working on multiple projects where plumbing and HVAC knowledge is required and is becoming well versed in his skill sets and knowledge on the matter. Al has been working with Trinity Construction Group, LLC since 2013.
