Project Performance by Trinity Construction Group, LLC:

General Contractor and project management for the entire commercial build-out, coordinating and executing the project from initial utility trenching through to the final grand opening.

Excavation, excavated subsurface trenches across the space for new plumbing waste lines and electrical/data conduits feeding the POS station.

 

Underground, installed all underground electrical and data conduit, run new plumbing waste lines, integrated floor drains in the kitchen, and set stub-ups for all sinks and beverage stations, completing all pressure tests and inspections.

 

Concrete, backfilled all utility trenches with crushed stone, poured new concrete fill blended flush with the existing foundation, and ground, polished, and stained the concrete floors throughout the interior.

 

Framing, framed all interior partition walls, drop-down kitchen ceilings, and POS knee walls using 2" x 4" and 2" x 6" metal studs, including dedicated front queuing railings.

 

Gas, installed complete dedicated gas lines and safety shut-off valves from the main supply to all cooking equipment.

HVAC, cut and framed structural roof openings for kitchen exhaust systems and make-up air units with complete roof repairs; installed new trunk lines, returns, and diffusers connected to the existing 10-ton rooftop unit.

 

Plumbing, installed complete rough and finish water supply lines, shut-off valves, and drainage systems for multi-bay wash sinks, hand sinks, kitchen prep stations, and the customer soda machine.

 

Electrical, wired and installed complete rough and finish electrical systems including downlights, architectural pendants, POS circuits, speaker sound system wiring, and code-compliant exit and emergency lighting.

 

Sprinklers, reworked and adjusted existing fire sprinkler heads throughout the suite to align with the new floor layout and ceiling plan.

 

Drywall, hung, taped, sanded, and finished all drywall on new walls and kitchen bulkheads ready for commercial paint finishes.

 

Carpentry & Finishes, installed Koni Brick charcoal faux brickwork with matching grout, natural oak slat wall and ceiling accent paneling, and industrial corrugated metal along the POS knee walls and service counter.

 

Tile & Countertops, installed Daltile white subway tile on dining accent walls, beverage stations, and restrooms, installed FRP sanitary wall panels throughout the kitchen, and fitted Daltile concrete grey quartz countertops on custom plywood subtops.

 

Painting, painted all interior surfaces to brand specification, including Sherwin Williams Gauntlet Grey on exposed open ceilings and soffits,

 

Anonymous on walls, Pussywillow on restroom ceilings, and Dunn Edwards Red Ink on the kitchen hood.

 

Kitchen & Dining Equipment, installed commercial prep tables, convection and deck ovens, fryers, griddles, warmers, slicers, walk-in fridge/freezer roof penetrations, ice machines, dining tables, chairs, changing stations, and brand signage.
