Formerly a down trodden convenience store, Trinity rehabbed the downstairs of this space to now house Little Amps Coffee. The upstairs of this building is newly fitted to contain a luxury 1 bedroom apartment, that boasts a large composite deck and all brand new interior finishes!

This commercial space is located on Second Street in Harrisburg, near the State Street intersection. The space was empty upon Trinity’s arrival. Trinity was contracted by WCI Partners, LP and State Street Strategies to fit out this space for their needs. New laminate flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass partitions and brand new kitchen highlight this space.

This project consists of finishing 2,000 SF of the basement, and an addition to the right of the home which consists of a garage and finished/conditioned sunroom. Trinity completed this project in april of 2012!

This commercial building on Front Street experienced significant storm damage in the fall of 2011. Trinity has worked with the customer and their insurance company to come to an agreement of repairs due to storm damage. A complete rebuild of the front porch (Concrete and Stick Build porch roof), masonry repairs and other facets of building restoration has been comleted.
